Heavy attention is paid to detail and to product finishing. a-morir has the utmost respect for both its products and its customer.
- What is your return policy?
a-morir goes to great length and extreme measures to ensure every product sent out is one of perfect quality. Special attention is paid to every element including shipping. Because we are an independent business and all pieces are custom made-to-order all sales are FINAL. a-morir will not be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
- What is your repair policy?
Since a-morir prides itself in skillful crafted products, we extend the offer to make any repairs needed incurred one (1) week of receiving your merchandise. Enclosed in your package you will find a packing list with all purchase and shipping information. Please return that slip in the package with the merchandise you would like to repair. Be sure to include in detail what the issues are so see we can recognize the issue and solve it the best way as possible. Return the merchandise with as many of the components as possible, if not all. a-morir will split the cost of shipping on repairs; that is, you pay for the shipping to us, and we will pay the costs to ship the repaired merchandise back to you. Also, please insure and track your return packages. a-morir will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Insurance is strongly recommended, and required for International purchases.
